This is Emily at her softball game. This was the first game in the championship, I say first bc they have to beat the other team twice. Low & behold they did it. We were worried, the team they were playing have been in first place all season long. Emily's team has fought their way to second place, and have been on a steady winning pace after the half season mark. They played a great game last night, Emily had two of the only three hits all game. It was crazy, she got an awesome hit over the short stops head, she slammed it. Then hit a hard line drive to first base, the first basemen dropped it, and bc our Emily is smokin fast she beat it out. CRAZY, our girl can move. She has several nick names, wheels, speedy, gazelle, she is insanely fast. She is a lefty hitter, but is right handed. She made some great plays at first as well. We beat them last night and play again tonight for the ultimate first place championship. It's sure to be a great game!!! I will keep you posted as to who won! GO CARDINALS, GO EMILY!!!
