AMANDA'S 17TH B-DAY 3-9-09 YIKES 17!!!!!

How cool is this, it just happened to come on the t.v. screen while we were getting ready to sing to Amanda. The screen says Monday March 9th, Amanda's B-day is Monday March 9th!!! COOL!!! How sweet is this, Emily got up at 5:15 A.M. to make a birthday breakfast for Amanda. What a sweet sister she is! Kevin & I got up to help out & wish Amanda a Happy Birthday. But Emily pretty much handled all of breakfast. Making some toast.YUMMY!! Birthday Breakfast A La Emily... This is 5:30 A.M. not bad for the crack of dawn. Now after Emily had made a b-day breakfast for Amanda, she also got up & made breakfast for her & Kyle. What a nice sister! She might have started something here. This is Amanda's b-day pie. But then she changed her mind & wanted a piece of hot apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Making a wish!!! Happy Birthday Amanda! These are all her b-day clothes. We went shopping on Sat. night. She picks out & tries on everything before I buy it. She's a little picky poo, but this way she's happy with everything. Emily had made her a b-day necklace.It says Amanda 17. Me & Amanda Goofy pie eating little goofies! Yes we all love pie! HAPPY BIRTHDAY AMANDA! Amanda is 17 today. I can't even believe it, really I can't. She also started her very first job today. Her boss felt bad when he realized it was her b-day & sent her home with 2 b-day pies.

Amanda really is a wonderful daugther, we love her & her funny sassy spirit. She adds lots of spice to our family for sure. She's such a good girl & we are proud of her decisions to stay true to her beliefs. Here's to another great year Amanda! We love you!!! Happy Birthday Amanda!!!
