Marianne, it was great seeing you tonight at Capsons. For some reason I do not have your e-mail so can you send it to me for the invite to the Healthy Life blog? Mine is bonniejmattson@yahoo.com. You might want to start at the beginning of the blog and just skim through it. Those beginning first few months had me writing a lot about feelings and struggles, etc. that brought me to a place of having to do it now.
